Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 jar Miracel Whip or tartar sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 g butter, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • e.g. baguette(s)
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Hard-boil and peel the eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the onion, butter, and mustard. Finely chop the egg whites and add them to the egg yolk mixture. Mix with salt and pepper (and herbs if desired) and Miracle Whip or tartar sauce. Serve with baguette, if desired.
