Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 eggs, hard boiled
  • 80 g butter, soft
  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • salt and pepper
  • Mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hard-boil the three eggs and chop them finely. Combine the butter, low-fat quark, and sour cream. Then add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped chives. Season with salt, pepper, and mustard, and you’re done.
