Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 160 g sugar
- 60 g baking cocoa
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 ml milk
- 100 ml oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients and mix with a hand mixer until a smooth, sticky batter forms. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes. Once cooled, the cake can be decorated as desired.
