Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder, heaped
- 100 ml oil
- 350 ml water

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, then add the oil and water and whisk until a smooth batter forms. I made enough batter for 18 muffin cups or 12 cups and a small cake. Bake at 175°C for about 15 minutes. The cake will take about 10-15 minutes longer.
