Barbecue Chicken Wings

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 24 chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lime(s), juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Combine the oil and salt and brush the wings with it. Then place them in the oven at 160°C for 20 minutes, turning once. Mix the remaining ingredients into a sauce. After 20 minutes, brush the wings with one-third of the sauce. Then, after 10 minutes, turn them over and brush again. Repeat until all the sauce is coated and caramelized.
