Egg-free Omelette
The perfect egg-free omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 180 gr Chickpea flour
- 2 Garlic cloves pressed
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- 300 ml Soy milk, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp Dried chives
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir to a thick dough.
- Put the oil in a pan. When the oil is heated, distribute the batter in the pan and bake on both sides for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- The amount is enough for 2 large or 4 small omelets
