Egg-free Omelette

The perfect egg-free omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 180 gr Chickpea flour
  • 2 Garlic cloves pressed
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Turmeric
  • 300 ml Soy milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Dried chives
  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir to a thick dough.
  1. Put the oil in a pan. When the oil is heated, distribute the batter in the pan and bake on both sides for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  1. The amount is enough for 2 large or 4 small omelets
