Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • ½ can corn
  • 4 spring onions
  • 200 g sausages, Vienna sausages
  • e.g. salad cream, light (or mayonnaise)
  • 1 small jar of broth (stock powder dissolved in water!)
  • n. B. herbal salt, (salt) and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Break the spaghetti twice and cook. Rinse in cold water and let cool. Brown the thinly sliced sausages in a little fat in a pan, set aside, and let cool slightly. Then mix with the drained corn and the spring onion rings into the pasta. Mix with the salad dressing (the salad will be very dry at first), then add the broth, mix well, and season with herb salt and pepper (be careful with the salt, as the broth is already quite flavorful). Let it marinate well. If the salad is too dry, add a little more broth.
