  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon(s), juice only
  • some flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Avgolemono

Mix the flour with the lemon juice in a deep plate or bowl. Add the eggs and beat lightly. Gradually add the broth, continuing to beat. Then use as directed in your recipe.
