Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg yogurt, 3.5% fat (no less!)
  • 1 liter of curdled milk, 3.5% fat (no less!)
  • cucumber(s)
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

Place a linen or kitchen towel over a sieve, add the yogurt and sour milk, fold the cloth in, and let the liquid drain for about 8 hours! Pour the solid mixture into a bowl, add the peeled and coarsely grated cucumber, and season with salt and vinegar. Then stir in the peeled and crushed garlic cloves! Your “addictive” is ready!
