Egg noodles with tuna and onions

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions until the pasta is tender enough to last. Meanwhile, heat a little sunflower oil in a pan. The base should be generously covered, almost frying. Dice the onions and whisk the eggs. Once cooked, add the well-drained pasta to the pan with the hot sunflower oil. Fry for about 2-3 minutes until lightly crispy. Then add the drained tuna, the whisked eggs, and the diced onions. If desired, fry on a lower heat for about 1-3 minutes until the tuna has reached the desired consistency. Add salt and pepper. Caution: The tuna will dry out very quickly! So just check at the end to see how you like it.
