Spaghetti in tuna and tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200g spaghetti
  • Parmesan
  • Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, easy, uncomplicated, delicious

Cook the spaghetti “al dente” according to the instructions. Dice the onion and fry with olive oil in a high-sided pan until translucent. Dice the tomatoes (with skin on), finely dice the garlic, drain the tuna well, and continue frying everything briefly with the onions. Stir in the sour cream and seasoning. Add the drained pasta to the pan and mix with the tuna, tomato, and sour cream mixture. Then, serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
