Egg on a bed of ham with walnut kernels

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 slices of cooked ham
  • 6 eggs, size L
  • 3 walnut kernels
  • 150 g cream cheese with walnuts
  • n. B. cheese, grated
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Line 6 muffin tins with the ham. Spread the cream cheese on top and add half a walnut to each. Sprinkle some pepper and grated cheese into each tin. Crack an egg into each tin and drizzle it over the top. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
