Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of lemon peel
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Combine the egg yolks with the flour, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, and salt. Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Then, fry the batter in batches in a hot pan. Tip: You can add chopped apples, salami, or other ingredients, if desired. This batter makes about 5 pancakes.
