Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of toast
- n. B. Balsamic vinegar, white
- n. B. herbs, fresh
- e.g. butter
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fry the eggs in a pan. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, toast the toast and finely chop the herbs. Spread the toast with butter, top with the fried egg, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Finally, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and scatter the herbs over the toast.
