Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 200 g cooked ham
- 200 g grapes, blue, pitted
- 1 can/n asparagus pieces
- 1 can/n tangerine(s)
- 150 g crème fraîche
- lemon juice
- Parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 2 tbsp brandy
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the eggs and dice the ham. Drain the mandarin oranges and let them drain. Mix with the halved, pitted grapes, asparagus pieces, and mandarin oranges. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients, pour it over the salad, and mix everything well.
