Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 640 g boiled, peeled potatoes
  • 100 g crab, frozen
  • 4 eggs
  • e.g. chopped parsley
  • e.g. Dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Pickled gherkin(s) for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the boiled potatoes and fry them. Beat the eggs, season, and pour them over the top. Add the thawed crab and sprinkle with parsley and dill (only warm the crab, do not fry it). Serve garnished with a pickle.
