Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 8 eggs, hard boiled
  • some Miracle Whip
  • Mustard
  • 2 gherkins
  • some cucumber juice
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the eggs and cut them into 8 to 12 pieces. Cut the gherkins into very small pieces. Combine Miracle Whip and mustard in a suitable container, according to your taste, and season with pickle juice, salt, and pepper. Gently mix all ingredients together and serve.
