Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 10 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 250 ml mayonnaise, good, not reduced-fat
  • 1 jar salmon schnitzel (Alaska pollock 125 g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, easy, eaten up by guests in 10 minutes!

Peel the eggs and slice them lengthwise and crosswise using an egg slicer. Place them in a bowl. Drain the oil from the pollock schnitzels. Carefully mix the pollock schnitzels and mayonnaise with the eggs.
