- 10 eggs, hard-boiled
- 250 ml mayonnaise, good, not reduced-fat
- 1 jar salmon schnitzel (Alaska pollock 125 g)

quick, easy, eaten up by guests in 10 minutes!
Peel the eggs and slice them lengthwise and crosswise using an egg slicer. Place them in a bowl. Drain the oil from the pollock schnitzels. Carefully mix the pollock schnitzels and mayonnaise with the eggs.
