Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 eggs, class L
- 120 g bacon, cut into cubes
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Boil the eggs in cold water for about 10 minutes, then rinse with cold water and peel. Dice the egg whites and set the yolks aside. Fry the bacon cubes. Mash the egg yolks with a fork and add them to the mayonnaise. Mix the egg whites, bacon, mustard, and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Add the chopped chives.
