Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 250 g diced ham
  • 1 can/n tangerine(s)
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Hard-boil and dice the eggs. Drain the mandarin oranges and chop them into smaller pieces. Combine the mandarin oranges, egg, and ham cubes, and stir in the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
