Egg Salad with Prawns
The perfect egg salad with prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Shrimp in oil drained weight
- 4 Eggs size L organic
- 2 Shallots
- 1 Apple Elstar
- 1 bunch Chives
- 3 Garlic cloves chopped
- 200 g Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic calamansi. Alternatively, 0.5 tablespoons of lime juice
- Boil the eggs, let them cool and chop them up with a fork. Dice the apples and shallots. Cut the chives into rings.
- Mix all ingredients with the mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, garlic and spices and season with salt and pepper. Let rest for 1 hour.
