Egg salad with tangerines

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small jar mayonnaise (salad)
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blend the salad mayonnaise with a little mandarin orange juice until smooth. Chop the drained mandarins and eggs and add them to the salad mayonnaise. Season with salt.
