Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 1 cup sugar, brown
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup raspberries, fresh or thawed frozen
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 2 eggs
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Banana-raspberry bread or cake, as you like, from a loaf pan
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and grease a loaf pan. Using a mixer, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and eggs until creamy. Mash the bananas with a fork and stir in. Then mix in the flour and baking powder. Add the milk and mix well. Finally, stir in the raspberries. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake in the hot oven for about 45-50 minutes. This cake tastes great spread with butter for breakfast or as an afternoon cake.
