Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 slice(s) ham, raw
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise, with yogurt
  • ½ tsp curry
  • ½ pack of cress, fresh
  • 4 slices of toast
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quick and easy to prepare filling meal for work etc.

Hard-boil the eggs, then peel and roughly chop them after they have cooled. Finely dice the ham. Trim the cress. Combine the yogurt mayonnaise with the curry and mix with the eggs, cress, and diced ham. Spread the bread slices with butter. Spread the spread on two slices of white bread and cover with the other two slices of white bread. Cut them diagonally. Bananas would make a good fruit garnish to take with you.
