Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ liter sour cream
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 shot of vinegar
- 6 eggs
- 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- Mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and chop them into small pieces. Place them in a bowl with all the other ingredients and season with pepper, salt, and mustard. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about an hour. It tastes wonderful with potatoes, rice, and pasta.
