Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 16 g protein powder
- 120 g water
- ¾ tsp turmeric powder, approx. 1 g
- salt and pepper
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 40 g grated cheese, e.g. Edam or Gouda
- Parsley or chives for garnishing
Instructions

Briefly blend the egg white powder, water, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper with an immersion blender. Heat a generous amount of fat or oil in a suitable pan. Add the mixture and let it set. Top with the two slices of cooked ham and sprinkle with the cheese. Reduce heat and cook, covered, until the cheese has melted. Remove the finished omelet, garnish with parsley, fold, and enjoy.
