Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s), size M
  • 1 tbsp raw cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp rock salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 2 minutes

Mix the sugar and rock salt. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Pour the salt/sugar mixture into a small glass bowl and carefully place the egg yolk on top. Grind some pepper over it. Cover and refrigerate for about 8 hours. Tip: Serve the egg with sushi.
