Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 80 g sugar
- 180 ml milk
- 120 g cream
- 60 ml single malt whiskey, e.g. E.g. nørderd
- 30 ml Sherry Oloroso (Williams & Humbert Dry Sack 15 years)
- 30 ml white wine (Trockenbeerenauslese)
- e.g. nutmeg, freshly grated

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
modern tradition
Set the blender or stand mixer to its lowest speed and mix in the eggs. With the motor running, gradually add the sugar and beat for about 1 minute until fluffy. Then, while keeping the blender running gently, add the milk, cream, nørderd, and the wine and mix for another minute. Once all ingredients are well blended, pour the mixture into a covered bowl and refrigerate. Serve well chilled in small rocks glasses, flutes, or coupettes. Lightly sprinkle with nutmeg and garnish.
