Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lime(s)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 2 tsp white rum
  • 1 tsp coconut rum or coconut liqueur
  • 60 ml coconut milk
  • mineral water
  • 1 tsp pomegranate seeds
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Easy party drink for the winter time

Squeeze the lime. Combine the juice, sugar, and mint leaves in a tumbler glass. Crush the leaves with a muddler. Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes. Pour the white rum, coconut rum, and coconut milk into a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously, and strain over the glass. Top up with sparkling water and garnish with pomegranate seeds and, if desired, two more mint leaves.
