Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 large egg yolks
- 200 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 3 drops of bitter almond flavor
- 1 small can of condensed milk, 10%
- ¼ liter schnapps (wheat grain), 38-40%
- 2 cl rum, 54%
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes
for 0.7 liters
Heat the egg yolks and sugar over steam to 70°C. Whisk until frothy. Then stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into clean bottles. This is an old recipe from my grandmother.
