Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 500 g minced meat
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- Cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- tube(s) Tomato paste
- n. B. Cheese, grated, e.g. Emmental
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- n. B. Herbs of Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Dice the onion and half a bell pepper, and slice the other half into strips. Combine the ground beef, onion, diced bell pepper, eggs, and breadcrumbs with mustard, pepper, salt, and paprika in a bowl and knead thoroughly. Transfer to a baking dish (a loaf pan works well too) and press down firmly. Mix the sour cream and tomato paste with the herbs and spread over the ground beef. Arrange the bell pepper strips on top, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is nicely browned.
