Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 5 eggs
  • 80 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum, 2 tbsp egg liqueur
  • 200 g ground almonds
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp eggnog
  • ½ pack of chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Grate the chocolate, separate the eggs. Beat the butter, sugar, and egg yolks until creamy. Add the rum, 2 tablespoons of egg liqueur, the almonds, and the chocolate, and mix well. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Bake for about 30 minutes at 175°C (350°F). Spread the cooled base with whipped cream (with cream stiffener and vanilla sugar), decorate the edges with dollops of cream, and spread the remaining egg liqueur in the center. Decorate the edges with chocolate shavings.
