Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 bottle of eggnog
  • 1 bottle of dry sparkling wine
  • 1 bottle of passion fruit juice
  • ½ bottle of vodka
  • 500 g ice cream (vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chill all ingredients, except the eggnog, thoroughly. Mix shortly before serving (adding the sparkling wine last). Then dice the vanilla ice cream into small cubes and spread it over the punch. This punch is extremely drinkable, and you won’t notice its effects until it’s too late.
