Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml oil
- 250 ml egg liqueur
- 125 g cornstarch
- 125 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Fat and breadcrumbs for the form
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Beat the eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar with a whisk attachment until creamy. Slowly add the oil and egg liqueur and stir. Sift the flour, Gustin, and baking powder into the batter and fold in. Stir until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into a greased and breadcrumb-coated ring pan. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 90 minutes.
