Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • ¼ liter eggnog
  • ¼ liter of oil
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 125 g pudding powder, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grandma’s recipe

Mix everything together and bake at 150 degrees for 50 minutes.
