Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • ¼ liter of oil
  • ¼ liter eggnog
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Butter, for the mold
  • Flour , for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Using a hand mixer or a food processor, beat the eggs and sugar until smooth. Stir in the oil and egg liqueur. Then combine the flour and baking powder and slowly stir in. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan or loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour.
