Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml oil
- 250 ml egg liqueur
- 125 g flour
- 125 g cornstarch
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 jars of sour cherries or blueberries
- 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
- 3 cups whipped cream
- 100 g chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Beat the eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy, then slowly add the oil and egg liqueur. Mix the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and sift them onto the batter. Bake for approximately 25 minutes at 175°C (test with a toothpick). Bring 2 jars of sour cherries or blueberries to a boil with 2 packets of vanilla pudding, spread evenly over the cake, and let cool. Whip 2-3 cups of whipped cream until stiff and spread over the cake. Drizzle melted chocolate over the cake in threads.
