Eggnog Chocolate Truffle

The perfect eggnog chocolate truffle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

truffle

  • 200 g Couverture whole milk
  • 200 g Dark chocolate couverture
  • 100 g Butter
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 80 ml Advocaat

to roll over

  • Unsweetened cocoa
  • Pistachios
  • Almonds
  • Coconut flakes
  • Or whatever you want

  1. Let the two types of Kurverture melt over the water bath.
  2. Mix in the soft butter, vanilla sugar and the egg liqueur and mix everything into a smooth mixture.
  3. Now put the chocolate mass in the cold until it is a malleable mass.
  4. Briefly stir the chocolate mass with the hand mixer, then form small balls out of it.

roll over

  1. Roll the balls and the ingredients you like, put them in small paper cases and chill.
