Eggnog Chocolate Truffle
The perfect eggnog chocolate truffle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 200 g Couverture whole milk
- 200 g Dark chocolate couverture
- 100 g Butter
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 80 ml Advocaat
to roll over
- Unsweetened cocoa
- Pistachios
- Almonds
- Coconut flakes
- Or whatever you want

- Let the two types of Kurverture melt over the water bath.
- Mix in the soft butter, vanilla sugar and the egg liqueur and mix everything into a smooth mixture.
- Now put the chocolate mass in the cold until it is a malleable mass.
- Briefly stir the chocolate mass with the hand mixer, then form small balls out of it.

- Roll the balls and the ingredients you like, put them in small paper cases and chill.
