Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 egg whites
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g desiccated coconut
- 5 tbsp eggnog
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat egg whites until stiff, then add sugar and vanilla sugar. Carefully fold in the coconut flakes and the egg liqueur. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe thick dots onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Or use two spoons to place small mounds onto the paper. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
