Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 200 g powdered sugar
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ vanilla pod(s)
- 250 g flour
- 60 g cornstarch
- ⅛ liter eggnog
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cream together the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy, then stir in the vanilla bean pulp. Mix the flour and cornstarch and knead into the dough, alternating with the egg liqueur. Pipe the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a piping bag (size 10). Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. Do not allow the cookies to brown, as this will cause them to become too dry. Let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
