Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g leek, young
- 75 g apple
- 1 tbsp quark (low-fat quark)
- lemon juice
- Mustard
- Honey
- pepper
- 1 tsp oil (sunflower oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chop the leeks and apples. Immediately sprinkle the apples with a little lemon juice. Make a sauce with the other ingredients. Then mix everything together and you have a delicious sauce for raw vegetable salads.
