Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g sour cream
  • 100 ml egg liqueur
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Ladyfingers

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very simple and super delicious!

Mix the sour cream, liqueur, and sugar until smooth. Stir in the whipped cream and layer the cake in a dessert dish, alternating with the biscuits. I always add a few drops of liqueur on top.
