Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml egg liqueur
- 250 ml sunflower oil
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 250 g flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100 g chocolate, whole milk
- 50 g nougat
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients (except the chocolate and cocoa powder) in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Divide the batter into thirds. Pour one-third into the previously oiled loaf pan. Melt the chocolate and nougat in a bowl over low heat. Add the cocoa powder to the second third of the batter and mix thoroughly. Spread the dark batter in the center of the loaf pan and carefully marble it with a fork. Then spread the last third over the remaining batter as a “lid.” Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for one hour.
