Eggnog Marble Cake

The perfect eggnog marble cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Powdered sugar
  • 125 g Food starch
  • 125 g Flour
  • 5 Eggs
  • 250 Ml. Sunflower oil
  • 250 Ml. Advocaat
  • 1 P. Baking powder
  • 2 El. Baking cocoa
  1. Sieve powdered sugar and flour separately.
  2. Beat the icing sugar with the eggs until frothy.
  3. Add oil and egg liqueur to the egg mixture and mix well.
  4. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the egg mixture and mix well again. Transfer half of the batter to another bowl.
  5. Put the baking cocoa in one half of the dough and mix well.
  6. Grease a bundt pan and dust it with flour (but I don’t need to make it with my baking pan). Pour in the darker dough and fill the light dough on top.
  7. Using a fork, mix the halves of the dough gently by pulling the fork through the dough in a spiral.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, fan-assisted, for about an hour, make a stick test.
  9. If you like, you can dust the cake with powdered sugar or put a glaze on it. We wanted it without anything this time.
