Marble Cake with Eggnog

The perfect marble cake with eggnog recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 gr Butter
  • 200 gr Sugar
  • 350 gr Flour
  • 4 st Eggs
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 100 gr Chocolate
  • 100 ml. Cream
  • 100 ml. Advocaat
  1. Mix the butter with sugar + vanilla sugar until frothy, stir in the eggs. Mix in flour and baking powder, add egg liqueur. Halve the dough, heat the cream a little and dissolve the chocolate in it. Put half of the batter into a well-greased bundt cake pan,
  2. Add the dissolved chocolate cream to the rest of the batter. Place on top of the light dough in the form, pull through with a fork. Bake at 175 degrees for 60 minutes. Either dust with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate icing.
