Marble Cake with Eggnog
The perfect marble cake with eggnog recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 gr Butter
- 200 gr Sugar
- 350 gr Flour
- 4 st Eggs
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 100 gr Chocolate
- 100 ml. Cream
- 100 ml. Advocaat
- Mix the butter with sugar + vanilla sugar until frothy, stir in the eggs. Mix in flour and baking powder, add egg liqueur. Halve the dough, heat the cream a little and dissolve the chocolate in it. Put half of the batter into a well-greased bundt cake pan,
- Add the dissolved chocolate cream to the rest of the batter. Place on top of the light dough in the form, pull through with a fork. Bake at 175 degrees for 60 minutes. Either dust with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate icing.
