Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
super tasty, juicy, quick
Whisk the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Combine the grated chocolate, cocoa, and nuts and stir in. Gradually stir in the sifted flour and baking powder. Finally, add the egg liqueur and stir again. Pour the batter into a well-greased, finely sifted breadcrumb dish and bake in a preheated oven on the lowest rack at 170-175°C (348-357°F) for about 60 minutes. Test with a skewer if done. If necessary, extend the baking time by a few minutes or bake for another 5-10 minutes in the switched-off oven. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, turn out onto a wire rack, and let cool thoroughly. Then, if desired, dust with powdered sugar or decorate with chocolate icing (my favorite: melt 1 bar of milk chocolate with about 1/2 teaspoon of Biskin in a double boiler and brush on). It is very popular at every party, stays fresh for a long time and everyone enjoys it.
