Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggplant(s)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp ginger, freshly grated
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted
- vegetable oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mezze
Cut the eggplants lengthwise into approximately 3/4 cm thick slices. Brush with oil and bake or grill in a pan or oven until soft. Place in a bowl and prepare the sauce. Blend everything except the sesame seeds. Drizzle the sauce over the eggplant slices. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
