- 500 g minced meat
- 1 large eggplant(s)
- 1 large zucchini

- Ginger powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- coriander
- 1 large onion(s)

- Marjoram, for minced meat
- 1 m.-large onion(s), for minced meat
- 1 garlic clove(s), for minced meat
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Season the ground beef with the listed ingredients and mix. Brown the ground beef in a deep, large pan, add the finely diced onion, diced eggplant, and diced zucchini, and fry. Season generously with vegetable salt, pepper, ginger (use sparingly), coriander, and soy sauce. I think it goes best with rice or simply a herb baguette. Add cream and a little cream cheese, and top with cheese for a delicious savory casserole.
