Eggs – Crab – Curry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of ginger
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 200 g North Sea crabs
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and quarter them. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat the oil and sauté the onion, garlic, ginger, and curry. Add the paprika and tomato paste. Pour in 1/4 liter of water. Melt the butter. Thicken with the flour. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the eggs and prawns in the oil, but do not boil. Chop the dill and add.
