Eggs – Garlic – Sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g yogurt
  • 125 g mayonnaise, reduced fat (or Qiminaise)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 3 medium-sized garlic cloves
  • some chives, in rolls
  • some salt
  • some chili powder
  • possibly ketchup, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for grilling or fondue

In a bowl, mash the peeled eggs finely with a fork, crush the garlic, add the yogurt, mayonnaise, chives, a little salt, and chili powder, mix well, and season to taste. If you like, you can also add a little ketchup. It’s best to let it sit while chilled. I often make a little extra sauce, as I like to eat the leftovers just as they are. You can also mix in a beaten egg and enjoy it as a spread.
